Returns Policy
At Stone Manor Commercials, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your van, we ask that you do so within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- If the van is returned with more than 150 miles driven from the delivery date, a £1.00+vat per mile usage charge will apply for each mile Covered After the 150-mile limit.
- The van must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all keys, documents, and accessories.
- If the vehicle has been used in any way that could affect its resale value, including damage or excessive wear, we may reduce the refund or deny the return.
- Delivery and transport fee's are none refundable upon refund of any vehicle. If delivery fee's are included in sale price, this fee will be deductible from the refund amount.
- In the event of a refund, the customer must return the vehicle to Stone Manor Commercials, at their own cost.
